Care of Remains
When saying goodbye, choosing your pets care of remains is a big decision. Some clients prefer to make a display honoring their pet at home, others would just prefer a paw print. We work with Koefran Cremation to care for your pets remains.
We offer the following options:
Private Cremation
Your pet’s cremains will be returned to you in a wooden urn or photo urn. This also includes a certificate of private cremation.
Communal Cremation
Cremains are not returned; and are respectfully scattered in a dignified manner in accordance with the law in the Sierra Foothills.
Taking your pet home
You may wish to take your pet home to have them cremated by the facility of your choice. Many facilities offer pick up or you may take your pet to them. Please be mindful of local, state, and federal ordinances regarding home burial. We offer to Euthabags in accordance with AVMA Guidelines
At Home Euthanasia
You may wish to have your pet humanely euthanized in the comfort of your own home. Please contact us to discuss details.
